Food and drinks were very tasty, liked the ambiance and the servers were very friendly. We shared a small tortilla soup and each had a taco and 2 drinks each. Bill was around $80, just a bit on the pricey side, but otherwise very good!

An absolute MUST if you're in Fernie or if you're driving through or if you're from Calgary or if you're from Saskatchewan or if maybe you're visiting from the East coast. The food is incredible, so authentic, and there are so many gluten-free and veggie options. The drinks (horchata!!!) are beyond delicious. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.
This is the best restaurant in town, don’t miss it. Somehow they’ve found a way to be super authentic and yet modern at the same time. The restaurant is beautiful, service is always great and the drinks are outstanding. Every time I go here I wonder how there isn’t a long wait to get in (only sometimes there is). Phenomenal spot!
This place was an amazing little find! We have been in Fernie every year and not sure how we missed it. Starting from the entrance, greeted with warm welcome, we were sat immediately. The interior was beautiful! Complimentary warm chips and salsa served as soon as we sat down. Our server was amazing! We loved their food so much that we had to have a second order of enchiladas. Their special for Friday night: Coconut Margarita was really good. Boys had fun mixing up different flavours of Jaritos like a science experiment! Tacos were great. I had Baja Prawn and grilled beef. Enchiladas are a much try. They have a cool looking bat in the restaurant which I found was nicely designed and decorated. Don’t underestimate this place from the outside. Even the bathrooms were super clean and had some cool design statements. Think we found another really favourite place in Fernie. Our boys want to go again!
We stopped in around 5pm and was one of the first ones there for dinner. We tried almost every kind of taco (fish, shrimp, al pastor, carne asada, cochinita, carnitas, quesabirria) and found the fish to be our favorite but all others were tasty too. Loved the salsa and chips. Ceviche was a standout! Tres leches and flan were not very traditional as they were dense but still tasted good. Love this option in town!
My wife and I went to Chilango on a date tonight and had the most amazing time. The new menu is delicious and specifically the carnitas enchiladas and quesabirria tacos. The quesabirra tacos tasted exactly like what I have been trying to find (and haven’t been successful until now ). The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for exceptional Mexican cuisine, make sure to stop in.
This place was good enjoyed the Cochinita Taco, mildly spicy. Also recommend the Quesa Birra. Pork Belly was a bit tough, so don’t recommend that one too much unless you get a good slice of meat by chance. Nice atmosphere and margarita.
An experience worth experiencing, often! There are so many excellent items on the menu, you must try them all. Not to mention a wide array of specialty beverages. The food served is presented in an appetizing manner, and the taste is pack punched with authentic Mexican flavor! Hats off to the cooks for their hard work and care that goes into the delicious meal. The waiting staff has your best interest in mind; the service is genuinely friendly and kind.
